1. Download and install WhatsApp version 2.11.561 via APKMirror .

2. You will need to receive a call invite from someone before you are eligible.

3. After receiving a call invite, three tabs will be displayed at the top of your chat screen as shown below which are for calls, chat and contact.

After these process, voilla! you can now enjoy and make calls via WhatsApp .
