Taraba State Governor, Darius Ishaku, was involved in an accident on Thursday at about 5 p.m.
The accident occurred at Garba Chede axis, along Bali-Jalingo road, Taraba State.
However, an aide to the Governor is said to have lost his life in the incident.
David Misal, the spokesman of the state police command said that “several persons” were also injured in the accident.
It is yet to be ascertained if the Governor sustained any injury.
