The latest stop on Meghan Markle's unofficial Comfy Footwear Royal Tour: Auckland, New Zealand, where she ditched formal heels for super cushy-looking rain boots.
Specifically, Meghan donned a pair of black boots from Muck Boot Company for a ceremonial dedication of native bush land to the Commonwealth with Prince Harry.
Her pair, the company's Reign Tall Boot, is made with neoprene and rubber to improve shock absorption and keep feet warm, according to Footwear News. And given how rainy it looked, that style choice seemed A++.

The boots are also 100 percent waterproof and come in a range of colors, including hot pink, purple, chocolate, and the black/gunmetal combo that Meghan wore. They typically retail for about $175.
The cutest part: Harry wore his own pair of matching Muck boots. Because couples who wear matching outfits are clearly endgame material, right? They wore them throughout the day, including at a "wellie wanging" contest after the ceremony (which, according to People, is a British game where you compete to throw a Wellington rain boot as far as possible).

FWIW: Meghan won the game, and was gifted with a mini boot trophy as a prize:

Prior to these cute rain boots, Meghan wore J.Crew ankle boots earlier this month, as well as crazy-comfy Veja sneakers at the Invictus Games last week. She also traded pumps for for black point-toe Rothy's flats because obviously she is a woman of the people.
