LASU School Of Transport Holds First Distinguished Lecture Series

The School Of Transport, Lagos State University (LASU) has concluded all arrangements to hold its maiden Distinguished Lecture Series on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at the ultra-modern Aderemi Makanjuola Lecture Theatre, opposite the Vice-Chancellor’s office on the Ojo main campus at 11.00 am.

The lecture themed: “Transportation, Road Safety Management Towards Achieving The Sustainable Development Goals”, will be delivered by Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, (MFR) the Corps Marshall, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) as Guest Lecturer.

The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat will grace the event as Special Guest.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun (SAN) will play the Chief Host of the distinguished lecture which is expected to be another incisively educative experience in the Gown-Town relational extension of the university while Prof. Odewumi S.G. will be the Host.

Independent.ng recalls that faculties, schools, directorates and departments in the Lagos State University have been infectiously active in organising and hosting several thought-provoking intellectual discourses intended to be of immense local and global societal benefit in the past few years.
