Amaraizu said that the feat was achieved by police operatives of the New Haven Division in Enugu.
The spokesman said that the suspects were nabbed after the police followed a clue gathered through intelligence report.
According to him, the three suspects are now helping the police in their investigations in connection with the alleged crime committed.
“It was gathered that suspects allegedly, on Nov. 1, 2017, snatched and stole a Toyota Sienna car with registration Number LND 388 AS at gun point from the owner at Nnaji Park axis of New Haven in Enugu.
“The suspects escaped to an unknown destination but never knew that police operatives had been on their trail,’’ he said.

According to him, full scale investigations have commenced into the incident and also on the nefarious activities of the suspects.

I am a girl of 18 years. I recently noticed that my fingernails are turning brown and the nails on my toes are cutting into two. Kindly let me know the cause of these and what I should do about it.
Blessing (by SMS)
The most common causes of yellow or brown fingernails are the frequent use of nail polish and cigarette smoking. Taking a break on the polish or quitting smoking may allow the dark nail to grow out as the new nail comes in.
A yellowish colouring of the nails may also be caused by diabetes, lung problems, arthritis, lupus, certain medications, lymphatic system disorders and liver disease. Not having enough vitamin B-12 can cause nails to turn dark, thin and possibly spoon-shaped. Your doctor may want to perform some tests to check for nutrition problems or an illness.
Fungus infections of the fingernails can also turn the nails brown or yellow. The texture usually also changes; nails often become very thick and may crack or peel. Nail fungus infections are more common in the toes than the fingers. These infections can be difficult to treat, and taking an oral antifungal medication is usually required. However, if things do not improve, you may need to see your doctor for a more expert advice and treatment

I have been on antibiotics treatment for a sore throat and cough for the past three weeks but a sore throat has persisted and I am worried. Please let me know what I should do.
Ijeoma (by SMS)
It is not all cases of Sore Throat that require antibiotics treatment since some sore throats are caused by viral infections. Having been on antibiotics treatment for a while without any improvement, it will be a good idea for you stop your current medications and see a doctor. Apart from inspecting your throat to specifically see whether your tonsils are enlarged or not, the doctor may also take a swap of your throat for Laboratory examination. The outcome of the examination will determine your ultimate treatment.

The iPhone X helped boost the average price consumers paid for Apple's smartphones — leading to a revenue surge.
Apple sold fewer iPhones in the holiday quarter than it did a year earlier, a fact that in the past would have spooked investors and worried the company's fans. But not this time around. That's because even though it sold fewer phones, it made a lot more money off them.
Boosted by sales of the company's new flagship, the iPhone X, which starts at $1,000, the average price consumers paid for Apple's smartphones jumped through the roof in the period. As seen in this chart from Statista, which is based on Apple's data, the average price consumers are paying for iPhones has been on a steady incline — as has Apple's smartphone revenue.

The prevalence of dating apps like Tinder could be one reason for the stockpiling of condoms at this month's Winter Olympics.
Organisers of the 2018 Winter Olympics are stockpiling condoms in the athletes village.
Athletes at this year's games will be supplied with 110,000 condoms — that's over 37 per athlete for a two-week period.
CNN says this year's athletes village includes a fitness center, a dining area that is accessible 24 hours a day, and a multifaith area for worship. There is also a large selection of shops.
But it is the sheer volume of condoms that has caught the local media's attention in South Korea, where the games will be held.
According to the Korea Biomedical Review, the condoms have been donated "mostly by domestic developer Convenience" and will be "the biggest amount ever distributed at the Winter Games."
The total cost of Convenience's donation will be $93,370 (£65,649). Organizers will supply each athlete's residence with condoms.
Others will be available in "condom baskets" situated in the towns of Gangneung and Pyeongchang, in the Main Press Centre and Media Village, as well as in the stadia used for events.
Condoms were first publicly distributed at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Since then, the stockpiling has increased. At the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi, 100,000 condoms were supplied.
Interestingly, the mass stockpiling of condoms could be in response to the emergence and availability of dating apps.
Tinder, after all, played a role at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janiero, as use of the app "skyrocketed" by 129% during the games, according to the Tinder spokeswoman Rosette Pambakian.
Even athletes confirmed using it. Marcus Nyman, who competed as a judoka in Rio, said: "A lot of athletes [used] the app."
The Winter Olympics begin next Friday.

THEY were armed robbers and kidnappers with taste. They looked fresh. In fact they also had two soldiers as members of their gang.
The soldiers who supplied them with Army uniforms and Army pass were said to be serving in Zaria, Kaduna state until their arrest. Aside being a member of the 10-man gangsters, the soldiers equally provided adequate protection for them at check points across the country especially when escaping with their abducted victims.
They rode around during the day time in one of the most expensive “machines” Hummer Jeep but hid in the thick bush in the dead of the night to rob and kidnap innocent travellers plying the busy road.
Their neighbours saw them as successful businessmen because of their lifestyle and the big vehicles they were riding.
Nemesis however caught up with them on the ever busy Owo-Akure expressway when acting on a tip off, detectives swooped on them as they arrived the scene to rob motorists at about 7pm.
Ondo state Police commissioner, Olugbenga Adeyanju confirmed that the 10-member armed robbery gangster have been terrorizing motorists on the road in recent times.
Six of them were arrested, three have gone underground while their leader lives outside the country.
Those arrested include two soldiers Moruf Oguntade and Adetayo Ogunbadejo.
Others are Jacob Amos, Iliyasu Suleiman, Moses Aleka and Jaiyeola Ojo.
Finding showed that their leader although stayed outside the country but his own share of proceeds from all operations carried out are kept for him.
Vanguard was informed by police sources that their leader monitored their operation from outside the country and got briefing regularly.
One of the sources hinted that the share due to their leader was handed over to one of his trusted aides who disbursed it on instruction.
Their leader was the owner of the Hummer Jeep and he reportedly used it whenever he was in the country. Items recovered from them by police detectives who swooped on them while they were about to operate along Ogudu Camp via Emure Ile in Owo council area of the state included charms, AK 47 rifle, Nigerian Army uniforms, two booklets of Army pass, one Berreta pistol, cutlasses and knives.
However parading the suspects, the State Commissioner of Police, Olugbenga Adeyanju said information was received at 7.30 pm on January 7 that some armed robbers were blocking the Owo/Akure expressway in order to rob or kidnap vehicles or persons.
The Police boss said his men led by Mr Sanni Lasisi the Divisional Police Officer of Emure-Ile swung into action and arrested Jacob Amos.
He said the suspect confessed to the crime and led the police to the arrest of other suspects.
Adeyanju pointed out that the suspect led police detectives to the hideouts of others at Shagari village in Akure metropolis where three of the gang members were arrested.
The two soldiers who were not paraded according to the police chief would be handed over to the Army authorities for prosecution.
However, a 37 year old suspect, lliyasu Suleiman, a technician who was apprehended alongside the five other armed robbery gangsters spoke with vanguard on what led him into robbery.
He said, “I am appealing to the police to have sympathy on me because of my late mother. I don’t care what they want to do with me all I want is to witness her burial.
Iliyasu confessed that that he went into robbery in order to raise enough fund for his mother’s burial.
Vanguard gathered that the gang in a bid to recruit more hands sold a dummy to lliyasu that he would be rich within a short time if he joined the group.
He was told that the business was Internet fraud popularly known as Yahoo.
However, in his desperation to make enough money to make him live comfortably and to throw a lavish burial party for his late mother, the suspect swallowed the bait.
Speaking with vanguard when he was paraded at the state police command in Akure, lliyasu who is from Kogi state said he went into robbery in order to raise enough fund for his mother’s burial.
He said, “when I was introduced by one of the members, he told me that it was Yahoo. But I later discovered that the business was something completely different from what I was earlier told.
“I immediately told them that I could not go out with them anymore, and they said there was no problem. It was when we went out for another operation that I knew that I was in real problem and may not get out easily.
“I was told by one of the members of the gang that he would teach me how to make money faster with yahoo. When I came, I asked him, what kind of business would make me rich faster than expected but he said I should not worry.
“Some days after he said we should stroll out, he gave me knife, he gave the other guy cutlass and he handled the pistol.
“ We were ready for another operation and were inside the bush when the villagers shouted on us and we ran out of the bush to different direction but I was later arrested by the Police.
“I am appealing to the police to have sympathy on me because of my late mother, I don’t care what they want to do to me I want to witness her burial.”

He said the suspect confessed to the crime and led the police to the arrest of other suspects.
The Command also arrested a serial kidnapper who had been on the wanted list of the police command Sunday Omojuba popularly known as SMO.
SMO was arrested by the officers at his residence in Ilutitun,Okitipupa Local government area of the state. Police Commissioner Olugbenga Adeyanju listed Godwin Ufoma , Philip Ezekiel, Ayodeji Muyijimi and Adebimpe Muyijimi as members of the kidnap gang. “He(Sunday Omojuba) was involved in a case of kidnapping in which one Olanike Agbaye was kidnapped by gunmen and her family was forced to pay a ransom of five Hundred thousand Naira(N500,000) for her release in March 2016. According to a report, at least 300 Nigerians were, as at 2017, on death row in prisons across Asian countries since 2016.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama, disclosed this while fielding questions from newsmen in Abuja on Friday, February 2, 2018.
The minister's reaction followed a report that there are over 25 Nigerian drug suspects held in several prisons in Saudi Arabia.
The report indicated that 15 of the suspects were on death row, while three have been executed, leading to a call on Federal Government to intervene.
Onyeama, however, said necessary steps are being taken by Federal Government to engage Saudi Arabian authorities on the matter.
He said, "regarding Nigerians on death row abroad, we have made very strong intercession over the issue with government of those countries to review the cases and not to execute them.
"However, you know that there is a limit because these are sovereign countries which have their rules and laws.
"But as far as the Saudi Arabia is concerned, we have been intervening at government level with authorities of that country."
The minister added that government is working with some Non Governmental Organisations on the matter.
In May 2017, Onyeama had ruled out the possibility of getting Nigerians on death row in various countries abroad repatriated home through the Prisoners Exchange Programme.

He had said that capital offenders did not fall within the prisoners exchange programme, adding that it is impracticable for those convicted for capital offences repatriated unless they were commuted to life sentences.
Onyeama at the time was reacting to a call by a Human Rights organisation, Legal Defence and Assistance Project (LEDAP), which asked the Federal Government to increase its efforts in fighting for Nigerians on death row in foreign countries.
According to the organisation, no fewer than 300 Nigerians were, at the time, on death row in prisons across Asian countries since 2016.

The FBI Agents Association said in a statement Friday they will not "allow partisan politics to distract us from our solemn commitment to our mission."
The FBI Agents Association, which represents thousands of current and former rank-and-file agents, said in a statement Friday they will not "allow partisan politics to distract us from our solemn commitment to our mission."
The statement came shortly after the release of a controversial Republican memo alleging the FBI abused its authority when obtaining a surveillance warrant against a former campaign associate of President Donald Trump.
"The men and women of the FBI put their lives on the line every day in the fight against terrorists and criminals because of their dedication to our country and the Constitution," Tom O'Connor, president of the FBI Agents Association, said in the statement. "The American people should know that they continue to be well-served by the world's preeminent law enforcement agency."
The FBI and Justice Department argued vehemently against releasing the memo, saying it would be "extraordinarily reckless" as the memo omitted crucial context. Democrats, too, feared that the memo's release could undermine the credibility of special counsel Robert Muller's probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.
Trump and his allies have doubled down in recent weeks on their criticisms of the FBI's leadership, alleging corruption and political bias, but have sought to assuage the bureau's rank-and-file agents.
"The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans – something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago," Trump tweeted Friday morning, before the memo's release.
"Rank & File are great people!" he added.
But the FBI Agents Association released a statement the night before voicing support for the bureau's director, Christopher Wray, who has found himself increasingly at odds with the president.
"The FBI Agents Association appreciates FBI Director Chris Wray standing shoulder to shoulder with the men and women of the FBI," the statement read.
Former Tesla employee Chris Lattner criticized Autopilot's current state while reviewing the Model 3 on Twitter.
Tesla's Autopilot feature has become the subject of controversy again after a Model S that was possibly using the feature crashed into a fire truck on January 22. The feature gives Tesla vehicles semi-autonomous capabilities but is not meant to replace a human driver.
Now, Chris Lattner, the former Apple legend who spent nearly six months leading Tesla's Autopilot software team in 2017, has expressed his disappointment at the software's current state.
In a post on Twitter, Lattner shared a short review of the Model 3, Tesla's first mass-market electric car.
"The hardware is truly great (a big step up from my Model S) but the software is unfinished and buggy," he wrote. "I'm also sad how little progress HW2 Autopilot has made since I last drove it in June…"
After working for Apple for 11 years and drawing praise for developing Swift, the company's popular programming language, Lattner became Tesla's vice president of Autopilot software in January 2017. He spent almost six months in the position before leaving the company after having a reportedly strained relationship with CEO Elon Musk.
Lattner's departure was a mutual decision, Business Insider reported at the time. It made him the third Autopilot executive to leave Tesla in a period of seven months. Lattner was hired by Google in August 2017 to work on Google Brain, the company's major artificial intelligence project.
Tesla released the last major update for Autopilot in June 2017. The update gave Tesla vehicles the ability to park perpendicularly without driver assistance and removed the speed limit on the Autosteer feature, which allows a vehicle to steer itself in some conditions.
Musk has said that Tesla vehicles have the necessary hardware for fully autonomous driving once the necessary software and regulatory conditions are introduced. The company is competing with tech companies and traditional automakers like Apple, Google's Waymo, Uber, Ford, and General Motors to develop and introduce autonomous vehicles to the general public.
Despite a series of production delays, the Model 3 has begun to arrive at Tesla showrooms. Early reviews have been positive.

Over two hundred less privileged children in Lagos and Delta state today received food items, stationeries and books from Hon Tabuko Emmanuel in commemoration of his birthday today.
The gift item was given to the children randomly by the celebrant while driving around the 20 Local Governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in Lagos.
Simultaneously, in Delta State, Tabuko’s staff were also giving the same gifts in five different local governments there.
The gifts, which he said his Campaign office’ Corporate Social Responsibility, role to alleviate the lives of the less privileged will also give the children a sense of belonging in the society.
Tabuko, an entrepreneur and a philanthropist, is the 2019 All Progressives Congress (APC) Delta State House of Assembly aspirant.
According to him: ’’My birthday today gives me the time to reflect on how to make positive impact in the lives of the people. The youth is the future of this country. When the youth is empowered, there will be less crime and insecurity.
”Before the political position next year, there is a need for us to do our best to touch lives. I chose the children because they are the leaders of tomorrow. The children are the ones who will become teenagers and then become the youth who will rule and determine the course of this country.
”I also implore our elites to assist the less privileged. If I can be driving within the this extreme Lagos traffic since 7.30 am and I am able to achieve 93 percent of my objectives of giving to the less privileged children, other people who have more than me can also do it. It is my birthday gift. We need to touch lives’’
