a. Install this Device ID app, it will show you your emails and Device ID

b. Open dial pad, call *#*#8255#*#*

It opens “GTalk Service Monitor” > JID – [your email address] and below that you can find Device ID.

i.e android-1234567890abcdef, your device ID is 1234567890abcdef
